Shipping policy

Orders will usually be shipped within 1 working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the payment is confirmed. It may take longer during festivals or special circumstances. All orders will not be shipped on non-working days or weekends, we will process them on the next working day;

The delivery service may be affected by the novel coronavirus epidemic or festivals and holidays, so that the order may be delayed by 1-2 working days;

Hong Kong and Macau orders:

Free shipping for orders over HKD 350 or more. If the total order amount is less than HKD 350, Hong Kong orders will be charged a flat rate of HKD 30. Macau orders will be charged a flat rate of HKD 40 for shipping;

The estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days. If the delivery location is in a remote area, additional delivery time may be required (including but not limited to Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, Peng Chau, Po Toi Island).

Taiwan and Singapore orders:

Free shipping for orders over HKD 600 or above. If the total order amount is less than HKD 600, Taiwan/Singapore orders will be charged a flat rate of HKD 70; the estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days;

We will do our best to deliver within the estimated time, but there is no guarantee that it will be delivered within the estimated time. If the shipment has not been received within the estimated delivery time, please email contact@thatfeelgreat.com for assistance;

Please make sure that the delivery address and contact information on the order are correct. Once confirmed, they cannot be changed;

If the delivery information is incorrect or incomplete, we may cancel your order without refund due to our failure to make delivery arrangements;

If the delivery information is wrong or incomplete, and the product is not delivered or lost as scheduled, or the consignee fails to collect the ordered product within the agreed time, or requests to reschedule the delivery due to overdue delivery, we will reserve rights, an administrative fee of HKD 40 will be charged;

During the delivery period, we will not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling due to actual circumstances, such as traffic, region, weather and other factors, regardless of whether the reasons for such delay or rescheduling are within our control. any liability;

All orders must be signed and confirmed. If the delivery needs to be arranged again because no one has signed for it, an administrative fee of HKD 40 will be charged;

We only provide designated SF Express self-pickup stations or smart lockers. You can choose a suitable self-pickup station or smart locker before payment. Other addresses will be regarded as incorrect or incomplete information.
