Refund policy

Once a customer's order is confirmed, we will not accept any cancellations. At the same time, any replacement or refund due to customer's personal reasons will not be accepted;

If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please email the customer service team at contact@thatfeelgreat.com within 7 days of the delivery to inform the product of the damaged or defective condition and discuss about replacement or return. Please note that we will confirm the status of any refunds or returns before offering them. In case of any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision;

When returning the goods, please use the original packaging carton to properly package the goods to be returned, do not miss or damage the outer box, and do not paste paper or write on the goods themselves or their packaging;

If any of the above terms are not met, no return service will be accepted;

If the customer does not have any application for return or exchange of goods within 7 working days, it means that the transaction of the ordered goods is completed, and the company does not bear any legal responsibility and will not arrange any replacement of the goods.


The following products/conditions are not eligible for return service:

  • Any freebies and trial packs;
  • Any specials, promotions and discounted products;
  • Products that have been opened for more than 7 days from the date of receipt, damaged packaging or have been used (except for product deterioration or allergies after use);
  • The traded product has been exchanged.
