1. How can I join That Feel Great (TFG) Rewards Program? 

Register via the REWARDS icon shown at the right bottom corner on the website main page and provide a valid email account for account verification (each email account is valid for one account registration only).

2. How can I earn points?

Please login to your member account before placing order and recording points after purchase. Please register as TFG member if you haven't.

Gold Member : Subscribed and any purchase at TFG official website

Diamond Member :  Subscribed and accumulate spending of $2,000 and get HK$1 = 1 point reward upon purchase. Enjoy 5% off discount on every single purchase upon $350

Platinum Member :  Subscribed and accumulate spending of $5,000 and get HK$1 = 1 point reward upon purchase. Enjoy 10% off discount on every single purchase upon $350

3. How can I redeem points?

The points can be redeemed for discount coupon or designated free product^. Only discount code can be used for each order. The used discount code cannot be changed and will be voided.

4. How can I redeem free products with my points?

Step 1 : Login to your account and select the free product you want to redeem in the 「Get Rewards」tab

Step 2 : Redeem according to instruction, enter the redeem code before check out. Only one redeem code can be used for each order. If order amount is less than HK$600 after deducting the redeem code, HK$30 delivery fee will be charged.

5. How to refer a friend and get more rewards?

Login to your account. Go to「Earn Points」tab and select 「Refer a friend」Refer a friend to purchase via your referral link, you’ll get HK$100 discount while your friend will get 10% off.

*Referrer and referee cannot be the same person (including same delivery address or registered name). If any fraudulent possibility is involved, That Feel Great and Wideal International Trade Limited reserve the right to disqualify this person from participating in the referral program and no refund is accepted.

6. What are the exclusive benefits for TFG members on their birthdays?

Members can enjoy one time 15% off discount and receive double points upon purchasing for the first time during their birthday month (30 days starting from the date of birth). The birthday discount code will be reflected and displayed in your account on the date of your birth. Each member is entitled to birthday rewards once during each calendar year.

7. Do points expire?

The earned points are valid for 12 months after the first points earning date.
If there is no point movement (addition or subtraction of points) within 12 months, the overdue points will be automatically cleared. On the contrary, if there are points movement within 12 months, the validity period of the points will be automatically extended for 12 months (You will receive an email notification 60 days before points will be expired, please check your inbox or spam email)

Example:
If you have created an account and get the first 100 points on Feb 20, 2022, your earned points are valid for 12 months (expire on Feb 19, 2023) given there is no point movement during 12 months


On the contrary, if there is new points movement within 12 months (e.g. Aug 12, 2022), your earned points will be automatically extended for 12 months and the new expiration date of points will be on Aug 11, 2023

 8. What happen to my earned points if my order is cancelled, returned or refunded?

If any item for which you earned points is cancelled, returned or refunded, the points in connection with that purchase will be deducted from your account. Any points redeemed in connection with a purchase are forfeited and not credited to the account.

9. If I had subscribed TFG newsletter, does it mean that I have become a member of the new Rewards Program?

No, since TFG Points Rewards Program is a brand new program. If you fail to log in to our reward program or it shows that there is no registration record, please register again as our member using the same subscribed email in order to start accumulating spending points

10. If I have spent on TFG official website before March 1, 2022, will the accumulated spending amount be transferred to the New Membership Rewards Program?

Yes, in order to show our sincere appreciation, we will transfer the accumulated spending amount of customers to the member's account within 14 working days after you have successfully registered as a member (please ensure that you have registered as a TFG Rewards Program member before we can process the points transfer). Please contact our customer service for details.

11. How to leave a review to share my user’s experience? What rewards can I get?

You have to register as a TFG member and make purchase before you can leave us a review and get rewards. After login in the account, go to 「Earn Points」 and select 「Leave a review」. Leave review in 3 months after purchase to get 50 points, extra 50 points are rewarded for uploading before & after photo


* Only before and after photo will be accepted. Product photos will not be accepted to reward extra points. The extra points in connection with that review involving product photos will be deducted from your account. That Feel Great and Wideal International Trade Limited reserves the final right.
